Breaking: Nigeria’s COVID-19 cases reaches 2558 as 170 new cases are confirmed

No fewer than 170 fresh cases of coronavirus infection have been confirmed in Nigeria according to the latest statistics by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).

In the latest post by the agency on it’s official Twitter handle, 39 new cases were confirmed in Lagos while 29 were detected in Kano.

Ogun state recorded 24 new cases with Bauchi and Kaduna having 18 and 15 new cases. A few other cases were confirmed in other states of the federation as the country now has 2558 cases.
