Senator Ifeanyi Ubah in Enugu as PS Federal Ministry Of Power bids farewell to mom


The Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District and National Leader of the Young Progressive Party (YPP), Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah on Friday arrived Enugu celebrate the life of Late Ezinne Janet Nwachi Ohaa.

Ubah joined other dignitaries across the South-East at Obuoffia Awkunanaw in Nkanu West Local Government Area of Enugu State to celebrate the life of late Janet who died at the age of eighty eight.

Late Madam Janet was the mother of the permanent secretary of Federal Ministry of Power Chinyeaka Ohaa.

In a brief condolence message, at the funeral, the Anambra South Senator who was accompanied by his wife Mrs. Uche Ubah thanked God for the fruitful life of the deceased.

He further asked God to continue to guide and protect her family. Responding, Sir Ohaa thanked Senator Ubah and other dignitaries for honoring the family’s invitation.

He described his late mother as a virtuous woman who encouraged them to always contribute their best towards the betterment of the society and prayed that her soul should continue to find rest in God’s bosom.

The event was also attended by several dignitaries from the South East including the Executive Governor of Enugu State Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, Former Senate President Ken Nnamani, Former Enugu State Governor Chimaroke Nnamani, Former Enugu State Governor Sullivan Chime, Elder Statesman Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, Mr Peter Obi , Senator Obinna Ogba, Senator Sam Nwanyanwu and Former Anambra State Governor in the second republic Chief Jim Nwobodo , amongst others .
